Alex's downfall stemmed from his strategy of playing both sides of the house, which ultimately led to his allies, Steven Ramm and Kristina Mills, being blindsided as well, as they voted for Sophi Balerdi. Alex himself cast his sole vote for Rizo Velovic.
Rizo initiated the move against Alex, recognizing his effective maneuvering between conflicting alliances, a tactic that had previously benefited players merging from tribes that had struggled. Alex acknowledged in his exit interview that his "loose lips" contributed to his elimination but also expressed a newfound sense of toughness gained from the experience.
With Alex's departure, Sophi Balerdi is now the sole remaining member of the Kele tribe.
