This paid internship is designed for recent high school graduates not attending college, aiming to offer them practical experience and a potential career path at Palantir. The fellowship, which requires high-level test scores for admission, emphasizes learning about U.S. history and Western foundations while working on technical problems, with the potential for full-time employment for those who excel. Karp asserts that working at Palantir is a superior credential in the tech industry, regardless of prior educational background.
