An inquiry has concluded that a detention centre guard, Neville Husband, was possibly Britain's most prolific sex offender. Husband, who was jailed in 2003 for abusing five teenagers at Medomsley detention centre, was part of a system where hundreds of young men were subjected to abuse by staff between 1961 and 1987.
