Sarah Forrester, a mother of two in her early 50s, was discovered deceased in her Moredon home on Friday evening. Police responded to reports of disorder and subsequently arrested a 13-year-old girl on suspicion of murder.
The girl has since been released on bail pending further inquiries. The Kelly Foundation, a mental health charity where Ms.
Forrester was involved, issued a statement describing her as a devoted mother to her two young children and a pivotal figure in their work. They lauded her as kind, thoughtful, considerate, caring, and funny, noting that her loss is a traumatic event for her colleagues, children, and family.
Wiltshire Police have stated there is no wider risk to the public and they are not seeking anyone else in connection with the incident. They have cordoned off the address as the investigation continues and have appealed to the public to avoid speculation to prevent prejudicing the case.
An increased police presence was noted in the area.
