Rivas was found dismembered in D4vd's impounded Tesla last month, six weeks after she was reported missing and her body was discovered decomposing in the trunk. The Tesla was abandoned near the property before being towed to an impound lot.
No suspect has been named by the LAPD in Rivas's death. Mladen Trifunovic, the property owner, stated that his private investigator's work is ongoing and he respects the ongoing police investigation and the victim's memory. D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, vacated the mansion shortly after police raided it and terminated his lease.
