Strictly Come Dancing's Amy Dowden backs new breast health app to help save lives

Gemma Ainger, a breast cancer survivor diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer at 42, has developed a new app called My Breast Friend to encourage regular breast self-checks. Ainger's own experience, where she found her cancer late due to infrequent self-checks despite no family history, inspired her to create a tool that makes monthly checks easy, quick, and a normal part of routine.
