Influencer Lhamo was livestreaming from her father's kitchen when her ex-husband, Tang Lu, burst in. She screamed, and the stream went black, marking the last time she was seen alive. Tang Lu had a history of abusing Lhamo, having already divorced her twice, with the second divorce occurring after he threatened their children to force her into remarriage. During the attack, Tang Lu doused Lhamo with gasoline and set her on fire, causing burns to 90 percent of her body. She fought for her life in intensive care for two weeks but tragically died from her injuries.
