Specifically, on December 29 and 30, stores will be open from 8 am to 8 pm, and on December 31, hours will be shortened to 8 am to 6 pm. Shoppers are advised to check their local store's specific opening hours online.
This announcement comes after Aldi opened 16 new UK stores in the five weeks before Christmas and plans to invest £1.6 billion over the next two years, with a target of opening 40 new stores annually.
