The latest release from Jim Beam's Booker's Bourbon, the Phantom Pipes Batch, is the final offering for 2025. Booker's, a barrel-proof bourbon from the Jim Beam Small Batch Collection, is released in limited batches annually, each with a unique name and profile.
This batch is named Phantom Pipes after a series of non-functional pipes discovered in the distillery's rafters, which Master Distiller Booker Noe had installed for experimental tinkering. The bourbon was aged for over seven years and bottled at 126.4 proof.
The majority of the barrels used for this batch came from the sixth floor of warehouse G. Booker's Bourbon, founded by Booker Noe in 1988, remains uncut and unfiltered, overseen today by his son Fred and grandson Freddie.
The Phantom Pipes Batch is currently available at retailers for a suggested price of $100.
