The incidents occurred between August and September 2022 and included throwing bottles into the car park and using a bike lock to prevent staff from opening the gates.
Blackmore pleaded guilty to four counts of criminal damage to the GP surgery, which serves 8,000 patients. A practice source described the events as distressing and a disgusting mess that staff had to clean up. The partner had worked at the practice for 10 years before being dismissed on capability grounds, and Blackmore's actions were allegedly retribution for this.
