BAE workers can continue to strike following High Court decision

BAE Systems workers are permitted to continue with their planned strike action following a High Court decision that dismissed the company's request for an injunction to halt the industrial action. The company had sought to prevent Unite the Union members at its Warton and Samlesbury sites from striking, with the action originally scheduled to begin on Wednesday and last until November 25. BAE Systems argued that the union had invalidated the upcoming strike by instructing its members not to train managers in aircraft testing.
