A violent brawl involving multiple individuals, including men and women, erupted in Piccadilly Gardens, Manchester, on Halloween, October 31. Disturbing footage of the incident circulated on social media, showing participants kicking and hitting each other while a crowd of bystanders observed, many recording the event on their phones.
The footage appears to begin with two people repeatedly striking another individual. One of the attackers, wearing only shorts, continued fighting. A third person, wearing a hooded top, then joined in, striking the shirtless individual and their companion.
