Gordon Ramsay's restaurant group is expanding with a new Bread Street Kitchen set to open in London in the first half of 2026. This new venture will be located at 22 Bishopsgate, a skyscraper that already houses other Ramsay establishments like Lucky Cat and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High, and a cookery school. The opening is expected to create approximately 150 new jobs, adding to the around 200 jobs already generated at the 22 Bishopsgate location.
This expansion is part of a larger growth strategy for Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, which has opened 20 new sites between September 2023 and the end of 2024, with 11 of those in North America. The company's financial performance has also been strong, with underlying earnings increasing by 45% to £12 million and sales jumping 40% to £134 million over a 15-month period ending December 2024.
