Kimberly-Clark, the maker of Huggies, has announced it will acquire Kenvue, the parent company of Tylenol, in a deal valued at $48.7 billion. This significant transaction will merge two major consumer product companies to create a larger conglomerate. The combined entity will boast ten billion-dollar brands and is projected to generate $32 billion in annual revenue.
