Drivers' fury as new 20mph speed limits come into effect for eight months impacting major roads

Cornwall Council has implemented a temporary 20mph speed limit on Clodgey Lane and the access road to the former Flambards theme park, which will be in effect for approximately eight months until July 7, 2026. This measure, covering 475 meters of Clodgey Lane and 92 meters of the Flambards access road, is in place 24 hours a day to ensure the safety of construction workers and the public during extensive resurfacing and construction activities.
