A 36-year-old woman has been arrested and charged with attempted murder and robbery following an incident in Aberdeen early on Saturday, November 22, 2025. Police were alerted around 4:45 am to a disturbance in the Marquis Road area, where a 33-year-old man was subsequently taken to hospital for treatment.
The extent of his injuries and current condition are not yet known. The arrested woman is scheduled to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday, November 24.
Police Scotland have stated that the incident was isolated and that there is no wider risk to the public. They are appealing for anyone who was in the Marquis Road area at the time and has not yet spoken to officers to come forward with any information they may have.
