Matthew Stafford briefly entered the medical tent during the Los Angeles Rams' overtime loss to the Seahawks due to a humorous, non-injury-related reason. When questioned by reporters after the game about his visit to the blue tent, Stafford initially tried to downplay it, stating he wasn't being evaluated for any injury.
Under further questioning, he revealed the lighthearted truth: he needed to use the restroom and chose the tent to avoid running off the field. Despite this brief, unusual detour, Stafford had a strong performance in the game, completing 29 of 49 passes for 457 yards, three touchdowns, and no interceptions.
The Rams had already secured a playoff spot before the game, while the Seahawks gained an advantage in the NFC West standings. The Rams will next play the Falcons on December 29th.
