Johnson Wen, a 26-year-old Australian, has been charged with public nuisance in Singapore for grabbing Ariana Grande at a "Wicked: For Good" premiere event. Wen, who calls himself a "stage invader" and has a history of disrupting public events, jumped security barricades and aggressively embraced Grande.
He appeared in court via video and indicated he plans to plead guilty, facing potential jail time and fines. The incident occurred despite Grande's recent plea to fans not to wish harm on her and her team after unavoidable flight delays canceled some "Wicked" promotional events.
