Four dead, at least 13 injured after speeding car crashes into crowd outside Florida bar

A 22-year-old driver fleeing police crashed into a crowd outside a bar in Ybor City, Florida, killing four people and injuring at least 13 others. The driver, Silas Kenneth Sampson, is facing charges including vehicular homicide and aggravated fleeing. Sampson was reportedly street racing and driving recklessly on Interstate 275 before exiting and heading into downtown Ybor City. The Florida Highway Patrol initiated a pursuit and attempted a PIT maneuver, but Sampson continued to flee.
