YouTube star Jack Doherty was arrested in Miami on Saturday, November 15th, and booked into the Miami-Dade County jail. The 22-year-old faces charges including possession of a controlled substance (amphetamine), possession of marijuana, and resisting arrest.
His bond was set at $3,500 and has since been paid. Doherty, who has over 28 million followers across his platforms and is known for prank videos, was active on social media the night before his arrest, posting from a yacht and sharing an app link.
This arrest follows a previous incident in October 2024 where Doherty crashed his McLaren while livestreaming himself texting and driving, which led to his ban from the platform Kick. More recently, Doherty made headlines for his public split from OnlyFans star McKinley Richardson.
Their brief marriage, which occurred almost a year prior in a Las Vegas ceremony, was marked by controversial livestreamed comments from Doherty regarding divorce and their shared revenue. Richardson also spoke out about her abortion, stating that Doherty was not thrilled about becoming a father and was more focused on potential YouTube revenue and control.
