Three prisoners charged with murder of child killer Kyle Bevan

Three prisoners have been charged with the murder of Kyle Bevan, who was serving a life sentence for the murder of his two-year-old stepdaughter. Bevan was found dead in his cell at HMP Wakefield on Wednesday morning. The three men charged are Mark Fellows, Lee Newell, and David Taylor, who have been remanded in custody. Kyle Bevan was convicted of murdering Lola James in 2020, inflicting catastrophic head injuries during a six-hour attack. He had claimed the toddler fell down the stairs after being jumped on by a dog, but medical experts likened her injuries to those sustained in a high-speed car chase.
