The restoration of older buildings involved preserving original features like stone facades, ornate chimneys, and curved windows, alongside the use of reclaimed brickwork. The interiors were modernized while retaining key historic elements. The completed accommodation, located a twenty-five-minute walk from the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University, welcomed its first tenants in October. McLaren Property highli... download the app to read more
