Dietary supplement sold at Sam’s Club recalled amid salmonella outbreak

A Member's Mark brand "Super Greens" dietary supplement powder sold at Sam's Club has been recalled due to an ongoing salmonella outbreak. The Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are investigating the outbreak, which has resulted in 11 reported illnesses and three hospitalizations across seven states. The investigation has traced all illnesses to a single lot of organic moringa leaf powder supplied by Vallon Farm Direct PVT LTD of Jodhpur, India. This batch of moringa powder was distributed to multiple companies in the United States. As a result, all Member's Mark "Super Greens" dietary supplement powder products, regardless of lot code or expiration date, have been recalled.
