A trailer detached from a Mitsubishi Outlander and collided with a pram on the pavement in Pleasance Avenue, Dumfries, around 3:15 pm on a Monday. Three young children, aged eight months, 14 months, and 18 months, who were in the pram, were taken to Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary and subsequently transferred to the Royal Children’s Hospital in Glasgow for assessment of their injuries. The 18-year-old woman pushing the pram also sustained injuries and received hospital treatment before being discharged.
